Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders (including specialty designs, names, line numbers, or tailored products) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once submitted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details (spelling, sizing, colors, etc.) are correct at the time of order.
Greek Me Out LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Changing or Canceling Orders
Standard orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
After this period, or once the order is in production or shipped, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
All requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your contact email].
Company Cancellation Rights
Greek Me Out LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion.
Orders may be canceled due to, but not limited to: suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inability to fulfill, or violations of this policy.
If your order is canceled by Greek Me Out LLC, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued for any payments received.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where items arrive damaged or incorrect.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photo evidence.
Approved claims will be replaced or corrected at no additional cost. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Greek Me Out LLC.
Shipping & Delivery
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Greek Me Out LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
